CopyBubble takes pride in providing the highest standard of services which meet your needs. We believe we achieve this most of the time. However, if we are not getting it right, please let us know.
In order to ensure our services remain at a high and consistent standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your dealings with us. We take any such matters seriously, and promise to deal with any complaint in a professional and personal manner.
If you are not happy with us, please tell us emailing info@copybubble.ai. All complaints will be logged.
Often, we will be able to give you a full response straight away. When the matter is more complicated, we will give you at least an initial response within one working day. That response will include an anticipated time scale within which a full response will be given.
